Golden temples, island hops and easy-going beaches
Thailand is the trip many Indian travellers take first, and keep coming back to. Bangkok mixes gilded temples and river life with malls and night markets; Pattaya, a couple of hours away by road, adds island trips and evening shows; and in the south, Phuket and Krabi open onto the Andaman Sea, with limestone islands, clear water and long-tail boats waiting on the sand.
It suits almost everyone. Honeymooners spend most of their time on the islands, families mix theme parks with beaches, and groups of friends enjoy the shopping and nightlife. Indian restaurants are easy to find in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket, and many hotels serve Indian vegetarian dishes at breakfast.
A typical first trip is two or three nights in Bangkok and Pattaya followed by three or four in Phuket or Krabi, linked by a short domestic flight. We arrange the speedboat day trips, private transfers and a pace that leaves room for a massage or a lazy afternoon by the pool.

Yes. Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket all have pure-vegetarian Indian restaurants, and we request Indian vegetarian or Jain meals on dinner cruises and island day trips wherever they are offered.
Phuket has more hotels, nightlife and day-trip options; Krabi is quieter, with dramatic limestone scenery around Ao Nang and Railay. Both reach the Phi Phi Islands easily, and many couples split their beach nights between the two.
November to March is cooler and drier across most of the country. April and May are very hot, and from June to October the Andaman coast gets rain and rougher seas, though Bangkok and Pattaya remain good to visit.
