Our services

Every part of your holiday, arranged by one team.

Flights, visas, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and meals, planned together around the people travelling, from the first enquiry until you are home again.

What we arrange

One plan, every detail

Each part is planned with the others, so the flights suit the hotels, the transfers meet the flights, and every day is paced for the people in it.

Tailor-made itineraries

Every holiday starts from your answers, not a brochure: where you would like to go and when, who is travelling, your budget, and how you like to travel. We turn them into a day-by-day plan that shows where you stay, how you get from place to place and what you see each day.

The packages on this site are starting points. Change the hotels, add a country, slow a day down or swap a tour, and we adjust the plan until it feels right.

  • A day-by-day itinerary with a clear quotation
  • One country or several in a single trip
  • A pace that suits children and older travellers
  • Free days for shopping or rest, where you want them

Flights & visas

We plan flights around the itinerary: sensible timings, connections with time to spare, and flights within your destination where the trip needs them. Your airport transfers are then timed to your arrival and departure.

For visas, we tell you which one your trip needs and when to apply, prepare the itinerary and documents the application asks for, and handle the application where it goes through an agent. Schengen, UAE, Japan and Singapore visas are among those we help with.

  • Flight options that fit the plan
  • Flights between cities and islands at your destination
  • Visa guidance, documents and applications
  • Airport transfers timed to your flights

International flights and visa fees are quoted separately from package prices.

Hotels & stays

Hotels are chosen for the people staying in them: family rooms with the children close by, a villa over the water for a honeymoon, a central hotel near the station when the days are spent on trains.

On longer trips we split the stay between a few bases, say three nights in Ubud and two by the beach in Bali, so you are not packing every morning. Your quotation shows exactly what each stay includes, such as breakfast, before you confirm.

  • Hotels, resorts and island villas
  • Family and interconnecting rooms, where hotels offer them
  • Bases chosen to cut down on packing
  • Meal plans set out clearly in the quote

Transfers & getting around

Someone meets you at the airport, the station or the jetty, and every journey in between is arranged: a private car with an English-speaking driver, a van for the family, a coach for a large group.

Where a train or a boat is the better way to travel, we arrange that too: Swiss Travel Passes for trains, buses and lake boats, reserved bullet-train seats in Japan with your luggage sent ahead, fast boats to Bali’s islands and seaplanes to Maldives resorts.

  • Airport, station and port transfers
  • Private cars, vans and coaches with drivers
  • Rail passes and reserved seats
  • Ferries, fast boats and seaplanes

Sightseeing, tickets & experiences

Sightseeing is planned day by day, with the tickets booked: the Jungfraujoch by mountain railway, At the Top of the Burj Khalifa, a desert safari with dinner, a full day at Universal Studios Singapore.

We add the experiences that make a trip memorable, such as a Kecak dance at Uluwatu or a dhow cruise in Dubai, and keep a back-up plan for days that depend on the weather.

  • Guided city tours and day trips
  • Theme parks, museums and observation decks
  • Cable cars, cruises and scenic railways
  • Shows, safaris and local experiences

Indian, vegetarian & Jain meals

Food is often what families worry about most, so we plan it: hotels that serve Indian dishes at breakfast, pure-vegetarian restaurants near the day’s sightseeing, and Jain meals requested in advance wherever hotels and restaurants can provide them.

Where vegetarian food takes more planning, as in Japan, where fish stock goes into many dishes, we tell you before you go, book the meals that matter and give you a card that explains your diet in Japanese.

  • Vegetarian and Jain meals requested in advance
  • Indian restaurants and meal plans where available
  • Vegetarian dishes on cruise and safari dinners
  • Honest advice where choices are limited

Questions about our services

Can I change a package on the site?

Yes. Every package is a starting point. Tell us what you would like to change, whether the hotels, the number of nights, or a city added or left out, and we will adjust the itinerary and the quotation.

Are international flights included in the price?

No. International flights are quoted separately, because fares change daily and depend on where you fly from. We help you choose flights that suit the itinerary and time your transfers to them.

Do you help with visas?

Yes. We tell you which visa your trip needs and when to apply, prepare the itinerary and documents the application asks for, and handle the application where it goes through an agent. Visa fees are paid separately, and the decision always rests with the embassy or immigration authority.

Can you arrange Jain or pure-vegetarian food?

We request Jain and vegetarian meals in advance wherever hotels and restaurants can provide them, and plan restaurant stops around your sightseeing. In a few places vegetarian food takes more planning, and we tell you about it before you book.

Do you plan holidays within India?

No. HCC Holidays plans international holidays only, to destinations across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Oceania and the Americas.

How do I get a quotation?

Send the form below, call us or message us on WhatsApp. A rough idea is enough: where you would like to go, roughly when, and who is travelling. We come back to you with an itinerary and a quotation.
