Turquoise lakes, mighty falls and maple-red autumns
Canada is a country of big landscapes and easy-going cities. Most first trips pair the east, with Toronto and the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, with the west, where the Rocky Mountains around Banff and Lake Louise offer some of the most photographed scenery on earth and Vancouver blends mountains, forest and ocean.
We link the regions with domestic flights and build in scenic journeys, such as the Icefields Parkway between Lake Louise and Jasper or a rail journey through the Rockies. Montreal and Quebec City add a French-speaking, European flavour for those with extra days, and from late September the maples of Ontario and Quebec turn red and gold.
With large Indian communities, especially around Toronto and Vancouver, vegetarian and Indian food is easy to find, and many travellers combine sightseeing with visiting family. Summer days are long and mild, ideal for families. Ten to fourteen days covers east and west comfortably; allow time for the visitor visa, which requires biometrics.
The sights we build itineraries around. Tell us which ones you want, and we will plan the days for you.

Yes. The falls are about an hour and a half's drive from Toronto, so a full day includes the boat ride, Table Rock and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Staying overnight lets you see the falls lit up after dark.
Late June to mid-September, when the lakes have thawed to their famous turquoise and all roads and gondolas are open. Lake Louise is often still frozen in May, and winter brings skiing and snow-covered scenery instead.
