About Nile Cruise Luxor to Aswan

A Nile cruise is the most relaxing way to see Upper Egypt. Comfortable river ships sail between Luxor and Aswan over three or four nights, with your cabin, meals and guided excursions all arranged on board.

Along the way you stop at the Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of the best preserved in Egypt, and the riverside temple of Kom Ombo, shared by the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. Between visits there is time to sit on the sun deck and watch palm groves, fields and villages slide past, and to pass through the lock at Esna.

We choose ships whose kitchens cater well for vegetarians and can prepare Indian dishes on request. In Aswan, a felucca sail around the islands at sunset is a lovely finish.
